Antistatische kleding voor vakprofessionals
Antistatische kleding nodig? Lassers, scheepsarbeiders en andere professionals die worden blootgesteld aan hitte, vonken, vlammen of statische elektriciteit dragen vaak vlamvertragende antistatische kleding. Deze kleding is ontworpen om te verzachten, te verassen en te voorkomen dat het materiaal smelt of brandt. Brandvertragende beschermende kleding en kleding gecertificeerd volgens EN ISO 11612 en 14116 verlagen het risico op blootstelling aan hitte of brand. Bij langdurige blootstelling aan hitte moet extra bescherming worden gedragen, met bijzondere aandacht voor de blootgestelde delen van het lichaam zoals het hoofd, de handen en de voeten.
